Installation

Heads will need machining.

Machine the top off the valve guides (.100") or use shortened hi-flow guides.

Use shims or adjustable pushrods to set lifter preload.

Please note:

Comp Cams running in oil (BY1590 x 6) and Comp Cams Break-In oil additive (BY159 Extra Zinc) required to protect the camshaft from damage during running in period). Non-compliance will negate the warranty.
