V8TUNING.CO.UK follows the The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000
An order may be cancelled up to 14 days after receipt of the goods. You do not need to give a reason for cancelling.

Our policy for returns and refunds for unwanted goods (not goods that are found to be damaged or faulty)
Goods need to be received by us in the same condition as they were sent.
Manufacturer-packed items should be in their original packaging, unopened.
Once received in good order, a refund will be issued a.s.a.p. usually via the payment method made originally.
Our policy for returns and refunds for goods that are found to be damaged or faulty:
Due to the nature and quality of many products offered on V8TUNING.CO.UK the manufacturer or supplier has to inspect faulty goods before they will agree to refund us.
Therefore, the faulty item(s) need to be returned to us for forwarding to the supplier or manufacturer for testing and examination.
Once the supplier has tested and examined the item(s) and produced a report we can issue a refund if the item has been used according to manufacturer/supplier instructions e.g. camshafts. This process can take several weeks. We aim to give a refund as soon as possible though.
Damaged item(s) need to be returned to us so they can be shown to the courier service and claimed for if thought to have been damaged in transit. Taking photos of packaging and the goods is essential to complete the process.
